The broad shallow domical shade composed of boughs of azalea leafage in various shades of green striated and mottled opalescent glass, with clusters of blossoms and buds in rose, crimson, pink and white striated opalescent glass, against a ground of golden amber and white mottled glass centered by a turtleback-textured amber irridescent glass tile, has gilt-bronze fittings and patina, impressed TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK. diameter 24" ....This unusual and probably specially ordered design, reflected the southern owners' preference for the seldom seen native azalea pattern.
