Secessionist Period Chandelier

Hand hammered and cut from solid brass, this antique Chandelier is from the Secessionist Period, circa 1900. The large hammered brass ring measures 17” in diameter and is connected with iron chains to a 4 ½” diameter brass ceiling cap. Hanging below is four leaded slag glass shades. They are constructed with overlapping glass and measure 6 ½” tall by 6” in diameter. All four secessionist period, glass Shades are in perfect condition with no restorations. In the close up photographs you will see that the brass chandelier is missing several small nuts where the applied side pieces are.
