27" High, 19" diameter of the shade. the shade tag stamped TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 342-5, the top of the tree trunk base stamped 9919 twice, the underside of the base stamped 9919 TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK, the rim of the base stamped 342- TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 99119.
